Abstract:

The paper reviewed the status of small and medium-sized businesses in the world, the example of USA, Europe (France and Spain) and the Republic of Belarus. Investigated the state support of small and medium-sized enterprises in these countries. Consideredmeasures to support such enterprises in the global financial crisis. The studyconclusions are made.
