Abstract:

Problems of formation of food markets in Russia today have acquired a special significance for food security. In this regard, it is important to study the framework and mechanisms for their formation. An expanded scientific base relating to the development of markets in general, food markets have been sufficiently researched extensively. In this regard, this study attempted to systematize and generalize the existing approaches to the development of food markets.
