Abstract:

In this paper we dissect the issue of conflict of economic interests of actors interacting in the banking market in terms of deposit services, namely, between the client and banking structure. To solve the problem for the customer the author offers to review the existing legislation governing the relationships on this issue with direct binding to the typical content of the contract of bank deposit and practical recommendations that prevent the uncontrolled loss of income on deposits.
