Abstract:

The article considers goals and problems of innovative activity in modern Russian industry. The author have studied the essence of modernization of enterprises’ production systems. It was proved that the growth of human capital should be viewed as the main goal of innovative activity. It shows itself in the growth of professional capabilities of the workers, employed in production systems, and the growth of creative activity level in the same systems. The author offers methodological bases for creation of innovative management economical instruments.
