Abstract:

The article provides an analysis of the main types of management models for enterprises used by managers of many modern companies, including military-industrial complex (MIC) enterprises. The author determines the key problems and outlines the main challenges faced by military-industrial complex enterprises. As a part of the target operating model, the management model was described along with the need for the development of investment projects in military-industrial complex enterprises.
