Abstract:

The introduction of the real property tax in Russia increased the interest in the cadastral valuation of real property, as the cadastral value is the mainstay of the tax base. The article lays down the main points of the methods developed and tested for the cadastral valuation of real property. In the methods suggested, a comparative approach is used along with the elements aimed to automate the process of individual valuation.
