Abstract:

The article analyzes the existing problems of Saint Petersburg and provides an overview of the instruments for their solving suggested in the Strategy of social and economic development of the city until 2030. Special attention is paid to the development of the methods for assessing the tax potential of the economic areas of Saint Petersburg.
