Abstract:

The article considers state entrepreneurship as a means of public investments effectuation by using the public private partnership mechanism to create social infrastructure and stimulate the economic development of the Russian regions. Furthermore, the article provides an overview of the current macroeconomic situation in Russia. It has been revealed that not only does the implementation of the public private partnership schemes stimulate rapid creation of new efficient state-owned enterprises, but it also entails the development of social services in the regions, as well as acts as one of the methods of anti-crisis economic policy in the conditions of economic instability and budget deficit.
