Higher education institutions and their human resources play an important role in providing the aviation industry enterprises with highly skilled professionals with the required competencies. Teaching activities include training, teaching, training, organizational and scientific and methodological work. A group of teachers at the Moscow Aviation Institute (National Research University), using methodological tools assessed the complexity of their work and offered reasonable time standards that can be used for load planning and accounting employees, members of the faculty of the University.
