Abstract:

The article investigates the productivity of labour in contemporary social and economic conditions of enterprises’ operations. The proposed approach is based on the stratification of enterprises through the levels, each of which is represented by interconnected components social and technological system that allows relating performances of individual jobs, sites and shops with performances of development of the enterprise as a whole.
