Abstract:

The research in the sphere of analysis and assessment of the informational management systems investment efficiency is an urgent topic. They use elaborated calculations, based on the western methods, are used for the assessment of the informational management systems investments while don’t take into consideration the peculiarities of the informational system as on object of investment. Investments in the informational systems are closely connected with such notions as innovations and investments. That is why you should use analysis assessment methods of investments and innovations when choosing informational management system. This allows assessing the result of investments in full.
