Abstract:

The article presents the genesis of financial outsourcing as a tool of financial management of enterprises as. Its essence has been studied. The advantages and disadvantages of financial outsourcing in corporate governance as a tool for enhancing the efficiency and competitiveness of the consumer have been described. The necessity of training financiers to provide services of financial outsourcing has been established.
