Abstract:

Traditional payment tools still prevail in the sphere of retail payments. However, the fast growth in the use of electronic money in circulation in many countries around the world initiated the development of the regulation in this field. The countries of the Customs Union and the Common Economic Space such as Belarus, Kazakhstan and Russia are not the exception.
