Abstract:

Mutual investment funds is a promising and dynamic developing form of collective investments which has gained a favourable reputation over the last several years. In 2013 certain changes were introduced into the legal framework regulating the financial markets. The author has analysed the specifics of functioning of the market of mutual investment funds in accordance to the legislation in force, with due regard to strengthening stat regulation of funds. The research resulted in guidelines for using the latest changes in the government regulating system in order to attract new partners.
