Abstract:

Relations between suppliers and trade companies have significantly transformed. The dictate of the largest trade companies has come instead of the dictate of suppliers in the market. The article analyzes the essential features of the interaction between suppliers and retailers and it is proved that the degree of the integration between the producers of goods and trade companies enhances. This situation makes the need to analyze the impact of new integrative associations in the consumer market. The aim of this research is to develop the mechanism of interaction between agricultural companies and trade companies aimed at achieving socio-economic benefits from the combination of their activity on the basis of the mechanism of the “inverse” integration. The author explains the need to use the state program and target regulation in the development of trade sphere while using integration mechanism of the development, as well as the advantages of integration processes between trade companies and agricultural producers who can be as the practical recommendation when creating program documents of the sphere development.
