Abstract:

Establishment of the institution of self-regulation in many foreign countries is usually associated with processes such as economic liberalization and de-bureaucratization of the state apparatus, the increased role of professional associations and reduction of administrative barriers for business activities of business entities. In Western countries, the system of self-regulation of business and professional activities has been considered the most effective mechanism of market performance for a long time; in the United States and Europe, non-profit organizations, uniting the participants of a specific industry, have already been acting for several centuries.
