Abstract:

The traditional payment instruments still prevail in retail payments. However, the rapid growth in the use of electronic money in circulation in many countries has necessitated the development of regulation in this field. The states of the Customs Union and the Single Economic Space - Belarus, Kazakhstan and Russia - are not an exception.
