Abstract:

The article deals with the basic problems of development of innovative relations in the economy of Kaliningrad region. The author determined real indicators of economic development of innovations in the regional economy by carrying out of a brief analysis of the tendency of development of the innovative infrastructure. With a view of formation of positive dynamics of development of an innovative infrastructure, problems of innovative policy on the scale of region, ways and means of achievement of development of innovations, improvement of innovative policy are defined so that the regional economy will conform with the established socio-economic and technical conditions after Russia’s accession to the World Trade Organization.
