Abstract:

The article discusses the issues of diversified development of the logistics services within the structures of the holding company JSC Russian Railways, the scope of the business interests of divisions and subsidiaries were assessed, the scope of cross-functional conflicts was defined, and proposals for the interaction of the considered structures were provided so that the system will achieve a synergistic effect.
