Abstract:

The article considers the features of implementation of cluster policy in the Republic of Mordovia. The quality of the institutional environment in the region in terms of the impact of cluster policy was studied. Strengths and weaknesses of the institutional environment in the Republic of Mordovia were identified, and the conclusion of the necessity to use institutions of public-private partnership at the current stage of the formation of the cluster was made.
