Abstract:

This paper deals with principal approaches to forming innovative clusters in Russian economy, functioning of which in the global market in the framework of the WTO can facilitate maximum competitiveness of the innovative domestic business entities. A special attention is paid to the role of the in process of forming and developing innovative and manufacturing processes in pilot clusters.
