Abstract:

Development of institutions of public-private partnership in the Russian Federation and the regions gives hope for acceleration of development of projects to improve urban infrastructure. In these circumstances, special attention should be paid to creation of a fundamentally new structure of cities. Transparency and regimentation of the protocol for coordination between the parties at all stages of implementation of joint infrastructure projects will increase the investment attractiveness of modernization projects of such innovation infrastructure.
