Abstract:

The article investigates the contradictory tendencies of implementation of the policy for new industrialization and the conditions of the process. The author shows how contradictoriness of this process is being created by developed alternative political-economic models, employed theories, which estimate the proportion of the state in the Russian economy differently, by the technologies of various economic structures, accepted in the practice of managing. Directions of solution of specified contradictions are offered in the article.
