Abstract:

The article shows theoretical propositions (on the basis of world experience) and practical projects (practice of Russian industrial enterprise) in the sphere of informational technologies’ effectiveness management through the analysis of social and economical effects of ICT-projects implementation. Such projects contributes to the development of the methods of informational and communicative technologies management and allow to reveal in due time the sources of negative influence on the realization of ICT-projects in industry.
