Abstract:

The article presents a systematization of international experience of self-regulation at the sectoral markets of the leading countries of the world in order to determine the theoretical and practical foundations for effective cooperation: the state, self-regulatory organizations and market actors. The systematization has been carried out using comparative analysis on the criteria, selected by the author. The results have served as the basis to obtain: key trends in the study of self-regulation mechanisms, as well as the criteria for the use of these mechanisms in sectoral markets.
