The article shows that the main trend of organizational design at the present moment is reducing the number of control hierarchy levels and emergence of network organizations. Decentralization increases the flexibility of companies, but at the same time it creates the problem of coordination of subdivisions activity. The purpose of this article is to propose recommendation for organization of the “internal market” for using it as a market coordination mechanism. The author recommends the rules of transfer pricing for each type of divisions and offers to complement the pricing mechanism of coordination with a scope of measures of liability for damages.
