Abstract:

Modern processes in the system of state registration of business entities in Russia and their role in the economic development of the country have been studied in the article. Basic world trends in the field of simplification of registration procedures have been identified. The place of Russia among other countries in these processes has been determined. Changes in procedures of state registration in the Russian Federation have been structured by stages. Current changes in the law on the registration of enterprises and their impact on development of the business environment have been estimated on the example of Nizhny Novgorod region. Improvements to the registration process in Russia have been proposed.
