Abstract:

The article discusses the problems and prospects of development of housing and communal services. The services, improving the quality of which will increase the competitiveness of housing and public utilities, have been identified. An aggregated model has been designed to improve the quality of housing and public utilities. Groups of quality indicators have been formed.
