Abstract:

The article is devoted to the problem consideration of socioorganisational systems functioning in industrial enterprises. The effectivization of socioorganisational systems functioning allows providing flexibility of enterprises to varied economic conditions, and it helps to keep the balance and make transformations. Basic elements and principles of enterprise system construction are analyzed, and integration paths of different enterprise systems for the purpose of effectivization of its performance are defined that is the necessary factor of innovation-driven economy growth.
