Abstract:

Not only in Russian but also in foreign companies employers use dismissal hazard expansion in practice in relation to one or more employees in order to reduce dismissal expenses or to increase labor productivity. However, this method bears risks for employers which are connected with characteristics of an employee for whom this dismissal is awaited, and with law or other expenses arising in the court recognition of illegal dismissal or the fact of forced dismissal. Therefore, this article presents special dismissal hazards, their causes on the part of employers, characteristics of employers exposed to such hazards, and legal risks connected with recruitment policy based on dismissal hazard.
