Abstract:

This paper is devoted to defining the role of the non-oil sector in the economic development of the Republic of Azerbaijan . The author analyzes the main indicators of trade in services, as well as determines the share of services, particularly in the tourism sector in the country's GDP. Particular attention is paid to the flow of foreign direct investment, as well as their role in the development of the services sector. Suggested ways of improving the concept of development of the economy of Azerbaijan.
