Abstract:

The state of the environment is an important indicator of safe city life, the level of health and life quality of citizens. It is very important to create a favorable environment. Considering the difficult environmental situation and given constant struggle on the labor market, it is necessary for an enterprise to elaborate and implement a strategic plan of development. The materials of this article are presented as guidelines for successful development of an enterprise in the conditions of a competitive environment and exemplified by a large holding.
