Abstract:

The article deals with main reasons for which it is necessary to perform effective reengineering of business processes at bread-baking enterprises. The authors propose and describe the methods for the evaluation of the expediency of reengineering of business processes, detection of inexpedient business-processes, assessment of the effectiveness of reengineering of business processes at bread-baking enterprises. The performance of a bread-baking enterprise has been analyzed using the developed method. Guidelines for effective reengineering of business processes are formulated.
