Abstract:
Self-training is the most secure resource of modern enterprise’s competitiveness in accordance with organizational, financial and institutional criteria. For its use it is necessary to provide conversion of key competences in organizational knowledge. The use of economical production’s standards, as in leading Japan companies, allows Russian enterprise to adopt the technology of creation of self-training enterprise.
