Abstract:

Over the last years the outsourcing in public healthcare service has been developing in three main directions: IT-technologies, rendering of high-tech medical services and medical tourism. The research works presented in the article allow us to compare the practice of healthcare service outsourcing in the developed countries and in Russia, to formulate the basic problems of insufficient use of outsourcing in the domestic healthcare system and to forecast all prospects of using this mechanism.
