Abstract:

Formation of innovative economy becomes the topical question these days. In connection with this the author considers the present situation in the innovative sphere, shows existing problems, the role of the government influence and perspectives of innovative development. The author concludes that it is reasonable to pay attention on the relevance of the national model of support of innovative development and designing of the specific strategy of innovative development for specific projects, sectors is also necessary.
