Abstract:

The article is dedicated to the problem of quantitative assessment of probability of social, economic and ecological risks which appear during the realization of the projects of the development of urban territories. An adaptive technique based on the principles of the standard AS/NZS 4360 is proposed. The technique implies mapping of risks, thereby giving visual representation of possible negative situations and consequences of managerial decisions.
