Abstract:

The article studies relevant issues of coordination in complex and dynamic innovative processes management at the enterprises of building complex. At the present moment the system of innovative processes management at the enterprises of the building complex is integral system of quality and quantity indices including production and innovative potentials. One of the reserves for modern building enterprises is improvement and innovative development of the control system based on the strategic management.
