Abstract:

The article deals with the issues concerning formation of a branch net of competence centers as one of the ways to increase the effectiveness of branch functioning. The factors influencing the managerial decision making during the branch reorganization based on the competence centers are elucidated. The tasks of the conceptual model formation are determined. The author has developed the indexes of the conceptual model of branch management which are united into an attribute space “planning horizon – management functions – infrastructure”.
