Abstract:

Consideration of features and problems of innovative development of Russian enterprises is determined by the necessity to increase their competitiveness on domestic and foreign markets. The author reveals the main adaptive problems of Russian enterprises in the process of innovative development. The stages of innovative process at an enterprise are also described in the article. The author provides recommendations for innovative process management at the creative and organizational stages.
