Abstract:

The principles of entrepreneurship are analyzed – increase of relative independence of company divisions with granting of the status of financial responsibility centers to them. The authors consider the value of decentralizing structural subdivisions and delegating responsibility for the decision making concerning cost management, generation of income and profit. It’s marked the necessity of balance search of the management and market communication for saving the firm unity.
