Abstract:

The article deals with the problems of state civil service corporate culture organization. Taking into consideration the decrease of trust in the government and the level of its effectiveness, the type of civil service corporate culture in Ulyanovsk oblast was examined. The results of research allowed the authors to draw the conclusion about the lack of conformity of the existing corporate culture type to civil service development strategy and the need for its changes. The mechanisms of formation of the appropriate type of civil service corporate culture are described. Article is interested for the regional leaders and personnel officers of public authorities.
