Abstract:

The article highlights the issues of state regulation of health care. The necessity of state regulation of the industry is justified. Groups of state regulation on various grounds are represented, as well as the characteristic of the basic tools of regulation. The author analyses advantages and presents directions for optimization of the state regulation of health care.
