Abstract:

New model of the interaction between the business-system and the state has a differentiated approach to relationships. The relationship between the enterprises and the state are built at all stages of interaction from joint projects realization in the conditions of recession till the achievement of complete independence in the conditions of dynamic development. Differentiation in approaches bases on a number of indicators among which the rate of the enterprise's income is the main. Implementation of the proposed model can reduce the risks of bankruptcies in the conditions of an economic crisis on the regional level.
