Abstract:

The article presents the history of outsourcing relationships, stages and forms of outsourcing typical of each stage. It is shown that the development of outsourcing leads to augmentation of the functional content of outsourcing relationships which, in its turn, changes the principles of the production process organization, management system, the mechanism of price formation of the outsourcing company and this content also ensures sustainable competitive advantages and rental income
