Abstract:

The article considers the problematic issues of the organization of accounting, analysis and audit in HR management. The main promising directions of the personnel management analysis conduction are formulated herein. The evaluation indicators of work with personnel are determined. The formula for the calculation of the optimal number of specialists for work with personnel is developed. Also the stages of HR audit have been pointed out.
