Abstract:

The article dwells on specific features of the design process, which affect the effectiveness of project management processes. The types of management structures employed by design organizations are reviewed. The models for handling economic issues are developed. The author substantiates the provision according to which that the increase of project management effectiveness can be achieved by introduction of the automated systems.
