Abstract:

Competitiveness of companies of investment and building complex including oil and gas building companies firstly depends on effective and flexible use of modern creative economic and organizational methods and innovative management technologies, including process and project approaches, diversification of business, formation of integrated companies’ network structures within technological cycles of building production and other for reaching the competitive advantage and systemic synergetic effect.
