The introduction of the process approach and an appropriate organizational structure is a crucial task for many companies operating in the Russian market, however, moving to new management standards and principles of work organization, many companies are facing a number of problems, most of which can be called typical. The article analyzes and classifies the problems of introduction of the process approach, indicates directions of their decisions and provides examples of successful solutions of complex organizational situations.
