Abstract:

The article describes mechanism of crediting of the new businesses based on the participation of the lending agency in the capital of borrower. In the case of wide introduction of such mechanism in banking practice it will play the role of business incubators and allow lending agencies to form the new class of entrepreneurs in Russia. As a result lending agencies could become the base on which it would be possible to form the new innovative economy of the country.
